Main Work Performed

Civil Work

• Installation of a temporary shelter and scaffolding
• Concrete demolition and debris evacuation
• Surface repairs
• Drilling, reinforcement, concreting and form stripping
• Installation and injection of anchors
• Grout injection behind embedded parts

Underwater Work

• Inspection of the under water concrete walls before installing the beams upstream and downstream
• Installation and dismantling of temporary beams upstream and downstream
• Dismantling the former valves guide with underwater cutting torches
• Installation and alignment of the new embedded parts
• Drilling, formwork, concreting and form stripping for the embedded parts of the guide
• Correction of sills discontinuities and adding plates and shims by grinding
• Repair and grinding of lintels
• Installation and injection of a 3 m concrete anchors
• Installation of the template to measure the underwater guides
