Complete construction of the 350 MW PPAW-1 Wind Farm in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region, including final engineering and design services for all project components. The wind farm consists of 56 Vestas EnVentus wind turbines rated at 6.2 MW each, with a hub height of 119 m.

Main work carried out

• Complete construction engineering for the wind farm and its electrical substation;
• Construction of more than 140 km of roads in a forested environment;
• Installation of 128 culverts in environmentally sensitive areas, including nine (9) arch culverts;
• Drilling and blasting operations;
• Production of granular materials for road construction and the collector system;
• Construction of 56 concrete foundations (four different designs, including three gravity-type foundations and one rock-anchored foundation);
• Management and handling of electrical equipment for the collector system;
• Complete installation of the collector system, including an overhead river crossing;
• Receiving, assembly, and complete installation of 56 Vestas V162 6.2 MW HH119 wind turbines;
• Installation of electrical connections within the wind turbines;
• Installation of service lifts within the wind turbines;
• Complete construction of the wind farm electrical substation;
• Construction of a meteorological mast and its connection to the wind farm network;
• Construction of the wind farm’s Operations and Maintenance (O&M) building;
• Coordination and management of all pre-commissioning tests (mechanical and electrical).
