Environmental technician

Main functions
  • Permit application;
  • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining permits;
  • Daily monitoring of the site;
  • Management of construction waste;
  • Management of environmental accidents;
  • Monthly report of daily monitoring;
  • Management of the pumping water treatment system.
Requirements and abilities
  • Knowledge of the laws and rules in force on work in wetlands;
  • Knowledge of the construction industry;
  • 3 years of experience in similar work;
  • Good knowledge of the English language;
  • Ability to work in a remote area;
  • Ability to do training with Inuit workers.
